Fresh Start Back to School Event
The Salisbury Optimist Club joined forces again this year with multiple other civic organizations to put together the Fresh Start Back to School Event. 4,000 Backpacks and School Supplies were provided to area children in need at this amazing event. The event also included free haircuts, food, games and lots of fun for the kids. Wicomico County's James Simmons and Derek Jarmon organized this event and deserve recognition for working so hard to help "Bring Out the Best in Kids".
